Place: Cua Lo Beach Resort in Cua Lo Town.

Time: It is held annually from the 29th day of the fourth month to the 2nd day of the fifth month.

The ceremony:

- Incense offering ceremony at the Van Loc Temple (dedicated to Nguyen Su Hoi)

- Torch procession from Van Loc Temple to the stand where the festival takes place.

- Opening the beach tourism season.

The festival:

- Art festival.

- Traditional boat racing.

- Volley ball competition on the sand - beach.

- Tourism profession competition: skilful in cooking, serving, reception,  tourism costume...

- Visiting the relics and tourist attractions around the region: Nguyen Xi Temple, Nguyen Su Hoi Temple, Vinh City, Nam Dan tourist area.
