Place: Royal highest mandarin Nguyen Xi Temple in Nghi Hop Commune, Nghi Loc District.

Time: On the 30th day of the first lunar month and on the 1st day of the second lunar month ( if the first lunar month is not enough 30 days it moves on the 29th day of the first lunar month).

The ceremony:

- On the afternoon of the 30th day of the first lunar month: Tidying up ceremony.

- On the night of the 30th day of the first lunar month: "Yet cao" ceremony.

- On the morning of the 1st day of the second lunar month: grand sacrifices- offering ceremony, incense -offering ceremony at the temple and the tomb.

- On the afternoon of the 1st day of the second lunar month: worshipping ceremony at the relics, the offspring offer incense to pray for peace and fortune, thanksgiving.

The festival

- On the night of the 30th day of the first lunar month: fireworks, art performance.

- On the morning of the 1st day of the second lunar month: palanquin procession, procession of  Nguyen Xi's royal honour conferring diploma.

- Activities: exchange art performances relations, cockfighting, swinging, the chess, wrestling, foot ball, volley ball, tug of war.
